Shipping Policy

At Michelon Supplies, we strive to process and ship orders quickly and reliably. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the contiguous United States generally delivers within 3-7 business days after processing.

For eligible orders over $500, free shipping applies to all FedEx services offered at checkout. Shipping is currently unavailable to Alaska and Hawaii. Products longer than 8 feet and items requiring freight handling require a separate freight quote.

Shipping charges for orders that do not qualify are calculated at checkout based on order weight, service, and destination. Products longer than 8 feet and other oversized items require a separate freight quote. We will contact you with the quote for approval before shipment.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or internationally at this time.

If your shipment arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery. Include photos of the damage and keep all packaging. Our team will work to arrange a replacement or refund.
