At Michelon Supplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may return most new, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Custom or made-to-order items, special orders, and clearance or final sale products are not eligible for return.
Process: To start a return, please contact us at sales@michelonsupply.com or 562-819-4960 with your order number. We’ll issue a return authorization (RMA) and instructions. Returns without an RMA may be refused. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee for non-defective merchandise. If we shipped an incorrect or defective item, we’ll waive restocking fees and provide a prepaid return label.
Damaged or Defective Items: Inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can make it right. We may request photos of the damage.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If more than 10 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us.
Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return your product and place a new order.
