Policy Details

At Michelon Supplies, we strive to process and ship your orders quickly and reliably. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. We ship via UPS, FedEx, or freight carriers depending on the size of your order. Standard shipping within the contiguous United States generally delivers within 3–7 business days after processing. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

For oversize or heavy items requiring freight delivery, additional charges may apply; we will contact you with a quote for approval before shipment. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or internationally at this time.

If your shipment arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery. Please include photos of the damage and keep all packaging. Our team will work to arrange a replacement or refund.
